RoRI Insights: Implementing Narrative CVs - Five recommendations for Funders

<p dir="ltr">Narrative CVs complement traditional researcher biographies by incorporating narrative elements that highlight skills, trajectories, and achievements in a more holistic way. They have the potential to diversify the scientific workforce, broaden academic values, and foster innovative, societally relevant research.</p><p dir="ltr">Based on findings from RoRI's <a href="https://researchonresearch.org/project/narratives/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">NARRATIVES project</a>, this report outlines five key recommendations to help funders create a supportive environment for the effective implementation of Narrative CVs.</p>
