Narrative CVs complement traditional researcher biographies by incorporating narrative elements that highlight skills, trajectories, and achievements in a more holistic way. They have the potential to diversify the scientific workforce, broaden academic values, and foster innovative, societally relevant research.
Based on findings from RoRI's NARRATIVES project, this report outlines five key recommendations to help funders create a supportive environment for the effective implementation of Narrative CVs.
